Packaging and Shipping Requirements

This material is classified as hazardous according to the 49 CFR (HM-181 Version). The proper shipping name is Flammable liquids, n.o.s. (contains toluene), 3, UN1993, PGII. The material is packaged in 55-gallon steel drums and 5-gallon pails.

Quality Control

Our lot number traceability program allows swift identification of each raw material used and verification of its origin, date of purchase, and lab analysis. Samples of the final product are marked with date, product type, lot number, and laboratory sample number; these samples are retained for three years.

Certificates of Analysis

All production is tested for viscosity and % solids prior to final packaging. Certificates of Analysis (COA) are generated containing the product name, date of manufacture, lot number, analysis results and test methods. All COA’s are signed by the supervising chemist.

Product Warranty

Since use of this product is beyond the control of the Seller, the Buyer assumes all risks of use or handling, whether in accordance with directions or not, as the Seller makes no warranty, expressed or implied, of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose concerning this product. The product is warranted only to the extent that it conforms to the chemical description on the label, and is within the viscosity specifications.

Storage

In the original sealed container these products have a shelf life of 18 months when stored below 35°C.
